Terms of Service — The Gentle Code

By accessing or using The Gentle Code website and related services (collectively, the "Service") operated by Induo, LLC ("we," "our," "us"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE GENTLE CODE AND ITS AFFILIATES WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF DATA, REVENUE, OR PROFITS. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR DIRECT DAMAGES ARISING FROM THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED USD $100.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Washington, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.
